Your shipment being routed via an automated network, a change of delivery address requires manual intervention that can lead to delays. If a change of delivery address is unavoidable, you must contact the DHL carrier to change it.
If you want your item to be redirected to a different country or country, you must also contact the DHL carrier to change the delivery location.
