The sending of a product prohibited by the carrier's general conditions of carriage or by Eelway, may result in the blocking of the shipment, its destruction and / or additional invoicing. You are also criminally liable for any bodily injury or material damage that your goods may cause during transport.
Before each shipment, you must check that your goods are not listed in the Highly Regulated or Prohibited List, according to international IATA or ADR regulations.
The content you declare when ordering is not controlled by Eelway. You are responsible for the information provided and must ensure that your shipment complies with the terms and conditions of our DHL carrier.
In the event that the carrier carries out the pick-up and picks up the goods, the consignment may be blocked at any stage of the transit (national and international), waiting to be recovered by the sender by his own means, or destroyed.
This means that Eelway cannot collaborate to resolve the incident.
In addition, the additional costs will be directly charged to the client (storage costs, destruction etc ...).
No claim can be made in case of delay in delivery, or in case of damage during the delivery, or for the additional costs that may result from the retention of the goods or destruction.
